Why did I want to write a blog about teaching and learning? And what is this in between?

Who? I am a physics teacher. I have several years of teaching expertise in various levels from elementary school to university level. Why? I love learning and when I learn new things, I love sharing them. I am fascinated by how people learn. I would like to help students learn better by improving teaching. What is this "in between"? I am a researcher and something like an "education supporter". I am working on developing new materials for a course. So I am not officially teaching, not exactly learning but something "in between". That's briefly my story...

No links (in the table) were provided, since this was first intended as a PDF document for the teachers in my kids’ school. I will try to provide all links of the apps and platforms in the table, if I have some time. I will provide some information about the ones that  I have used.
